- 1 lb Chicken Tenders
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers or Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cooking Spray or Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning mix. In another bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper for the coating.
- Coat each chicken tender in the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then press into the cheese-cracker mixture.
- Arrange the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard or barbecue.
