Description

Soft Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cookies that melt in your mouth. Irresistible and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Scoop out the dough forming 1-inch balls, rolling each in powdered sugar.
  7. Place dough balls on prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
