- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add in the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Scoop out the dough forming 1-inch balls, rolling each in powdered sugar.
- Place dough balls on prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
