- 2.5 ml vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)
- Pinch of salt (about 0.5 g)
- 120 ml milk or milk alternative (1/2 cup, optional)
Instructions
- Brew 480 ml of medium-strong coffee using your preferred method.
- Combine brown sugar, water, ground cinnamon, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, whisking until the sugar dissolves.
- Warm the milk or milk alternative if desired, or leave cold for iced coffee.
- Divide syrup between mugs, pour in the coffee, and stir until the syrup dissolves.
- Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately while hot.
