Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and whisk in the sugar until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla until thick and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely. Cut into squares and decorate with melted candy and sprinkles.
