Description

These Christmas Cheesecake Bars are a creamy, festive holiday dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cheesecake filling, and cheerful red and green sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheets)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup red and green sprinkles (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the pan. Bake 8–10 minutes and let cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix again. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Mix just until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in ½ cup red and green sprinkles.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top. Add more sprinkles. Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 3 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  7. Lift out using parchment, slice into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • These bars can be frozen for up to 2 months.
