  • 1 large egg

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (for topping)
  • 1 1/2 cups additional toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
  • Extra cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands, press it into a pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with additional cheese if you like.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
