- 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples and dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Spread half the batter in the prepared loaf pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
