- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking 5 minutes until soft and golden.
- Stir in butter beans and coconut milk until combined.
- Add lemon juice, turmeric, pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, and salt. Stir well.
- Let cook gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and creamy.
- Garnish with chili flakes or hemp seeds and enjoy immediately.
