- 2 pieces Bone Marrow
- 1 cup Crème Fraiche
- 1/2 cup Parmigiana Cheese
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 200 grams Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add your favorite pasta and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente.
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped mushrooms and thyme. Cook for about 4 minutes until mushrooms soften.
- Stir in the bone marrow and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for up to 3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
- Add drained pasta to the sauté pan and gently toss everything together.
- Mix in Parmigiana cheese, crème fraîche, and reserved pasta water until creamy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
