Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Bone Marrow
  • 1 cup Crème Fraiche
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiana Cheese
  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 grams Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add your favorite pasta and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  3. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms and thyme. Cook for about 4 minutes until mushrooms soften.
  5. Stir in the bone marrow and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for up to 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
  7. Add drained pasta to the sauté pan and gently toss everything together.
  8. Mix in Parmigiana cheese, crème fraîche, and reserved pasta water until creamy.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
