Delicious Blueberry Mousse: A Dairy-Free Delight!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk dairy-free heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • a dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 ounces freeze-dried blueberry powder (grind freeze-dried blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Grind the freeze-dried blueberries using a small blender until they form a fine powder. Set this vibrant blueberry powder aside.
  2. Whip the chilled Silk heavy whipping cream along with the cream of tartar in a large bowl until fluffy and holds sturdy peaks.
  3. Mix in the dash of salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the blueberry powder with the whipped cream and gently fold until color is a lovely lavender.
  5. Scoop or pipe the mousse into serving cups. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
  6. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
