- 6 leaves Lettuce (Iceberg or Leaf) (Any leafy green can be used.)
- 12 slices Cocktail Tomatoes (Cherry tomatoes are a great substitute.)
- 12 picks Cocktail Picks (Can replace with toothpicks.)
- to taste Dill and Everything Bagel Seasoning (Customize seasoning to your liking.)
Instructions
- Boil Eggs: Place the hard-cooked eggs in a pot, cover them with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and let them sit for 9 minutes for perfectly cooked yolks.
- Cool Eggs: Carefully transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool completely.
- Cook Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double-smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Halve each cooled egg lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, capers, dill, chives, and mustard until creamy.
- Fill Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Assemble Sliders: Top each filled egg with a slice of bacon, lettuce, and a tomato slice.
- Secure with Picks: Use a cocktail pick to hold the layers together.
