Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle each half with honey and a squeeze of lemon juice if using.
- Bake pears for 15-20 minutes, or until tender but not mushy.
- Remove from oven and top each pear half with a spoonful of mixed berries, a sprinkle of toasted walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
