Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring creamy avocado, fresh tomato, and melted mozzarella cheese with a hint of Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Shredded Parmesan cheese to taste
- 2–3 tomato slices
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Butter the outside of each bread slice generously.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down on the hot skillet.
- Spread 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on the bread, add a sprinkle of Parmesan, then layer tomato slices and avocado slices.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Place second buttered bread slice on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
