Description

A quick and healthy guide to making perfectly flaky Air Fryer Salmon in just 10 minutes, ideal for busy weeknights or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes depending on fillet thickness, until flakes are visible and edges are slightly caramelized.
  7. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

For best results, use an instant-read thermometer. Aim for 125-130°F for medium-rare doneness. Adjust cook time for fillet thickness.
