Description

Quick and easy garlic bread made in an air fryer, achieving golden and crunchy perfection in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 French baguette
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pecorino Romano cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the French baguette into 2-inch thick slices.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until well mixed.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each bread slice. Optionally, sprinkle grated Pecorino Romano cheese on top.
  4. Place the prepared bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps between each slice.
  5. Air fry at 200°C (395°F) for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping slices halfway for extra crispiness.
  6. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute butter with olive oil. For a twist, add chili flakes or lemon zest to the butter mixture.
