Description
Quick and easy garlic bread made in an air fryer, achieving golden and crunchy perfection in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 French baguette
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- Salt, to taste
- Pecorino Romano cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the French baguette into 2-inch thick slices.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until well mixed.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each bread slice. Optionally, sprinkle grated Pecorino Romano cheese on top.
- Place the prepared bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps between each slice.
- Air fry at 200°C (395°F) for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping slices halfway for extra crispiness.
- Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute butter with olive oil. For a twist, add chili flakes or lemon zest to the butter mixture.
