Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken cutlets inside in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
