Description

A quick and healthy guide to making crispy and juicy air fryer chicken cutlets without the mess of traditional frying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken cutlets inside in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
