Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Rub chicken thighs with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  6. After 10 minutes of cooking potatoes, add chicken thighs skin-side up. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Remove from air fryer, let rest for 3-5 minutes, then garnish and serve.
