- 2 medium potatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Rub chicken thighs with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- After 10 minutes of cooking potatoes, add chicken thighs skin-side up. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer, let rest for 3-5 minutes, then garnish and serve.
