Description

The quickest, crispiest garlic bread that takes just minutes to master, featuring a golden, crunchy exterior and a soft, buttery center.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 cup butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise or into 1-inch thick diagonal slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan until well combined.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Spread the garlic mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Place the bread cut-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice into pieces for serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, switch to 370°F for the last minute. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
