- 1 baguette
- 1/4 cup butter or olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise or into 1-inch thick diagonal slices.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the garlic mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread cut-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice into pieces for serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, switch to 370°F for the last minute. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
